<p>Set the scraps of WSS<br />
aside; they are useful. You can piece the larger pieces together by wetting your fingers and running them along the edges; or, put small  scraps in a spray bottle and add water to make spray starch.</td>

<p align="left"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">Continue joining pieces together until you have almost completed the circle. Leave the last edge open so you can place the skirt around the bottom of a small tree.</span></p>
